Membership fees  

Membership fees were agreed at our AGM earlier this month. There was a small increase due to England Athletics fees going up and so the £3 increase affects those wanting to be EA affiliated.
  • Full membership £39 (£23 EA + £16)
  • Full membership over 60 £34 ( £23 EA +£11)
  • Social Membership £16
  • Social member over 60 £11
If you could make payment as soon as possible we can ensure affiliations are maintained. If you have any questions please get in touch with Lynsey.

Rother Valley relays

We are looking for names for the Rother Valley relays on 20th May.

This is a great club event and we try to encourage as many people as possible to take part. It's a great local event and well supported. 

The distance is 5k and you don't need to have to be the fastest runner, just willing to run!

Please let us know if you would like to take part.

club Bobble Hats

Lynsey has sourced a local knitter who is happy to take orders for custom bobble hats in club colours. Different combinations are available, hats are £12.50 and a small donation made to the club with each one sold.

If you would like a hat, let Lynsey know.

With the lighter nights, our Summer run series will start shortly. Dates may be subject to change and locations will be shared nearer the time, volunteer organisers are:

why not try circuit training - wednesday 6pm

Circuit training is on Wednesday at 6.00pm, Aston Leisure Centre. We welcome everyone but to ensure that we maintain everyone's safety, please follow these guidelines:
  • Please don't attend if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has.
  • Follow any guidelines that the Leisure Centre has specified such as one-way systems and no congregating in groups.
  • Practice social distancing before, during and after the class. Try to arrive on time, because we won't be able to wait in large groups in the corridor.
  • Where possible, please bring exact change £4 for adults and £3 for under 18 and over 60 years. This will save the need to handle cash.
  • Ensure you bring your own mat, we won't be providing any equipment. You might want a drink and towel too.
  • Provide up to date contact details in case we need to get in touch.
  • We will supply hand sanitiser for use before and after the class.

Thanks for your cooperation in helping us to make the class safe and ensuring we meet Government guidelines.

2026 Membership fees

We agreed the membership fees at our AGM in March. Effective from 1st April 2026, the fees are as follows:
Full membership (includes England Athletics affiliation) £39              
Seniors Full membership (includes England Athletics affiliation for over 60 years) £34
Social/Circuits member £16
Senior  Social/Circuits member over 60 years) £11

Fees for circuit training are paid weekly.

The fees are decided in April by the Committee and so amounts may change afterwards to reflect increase in costs such as English Athletics.
